Senior Trial Consultant or Trial Consultant Position
Trial Partners, Inc., a leading trial consulting firm headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, wants a smart, personable, and talented individual to fill the position of Senior Trial Consultant or Trial Consultant to work in the areas of jury research and selection, litigation consulting, and communications training. We have offices in Beverly Hills and Chicago. The position we are seeking to fill is in our Beverly Hills office.
Consultants design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, consult on trial strategy, assist in prepping witnesses, and perform all jury selection services. Required qualifications for the position include an advanced degree in the social sciences (a Ph.D. is strongly preferred) and extensive experience working in the field. An established client base is not required, but it is a definite plus. The ideal Consultant is a team player who displays confidence and assertiveness and is eager to play a vital role in a firm that prides itself on providing first rate services to its clients. In addition, the ideal Senior Consultant has extensive experience performing jury selection services, as well as experience in witness preparation. A desire to build a long career at Trial Partners is essential for either the Senior Consultant or Consultant position.

Research Associate or Research Assistant Position
Trial Partners, Inc., a leading trial consulting firm headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, wants a smart, personable, and talented individual for the position of a full-time Research Associate and Research Assistant (depending on your qualifications and level of experience). We have offices in Beverly Hills and Chicago. The position we are seeking to fill is in our Beverly Hills office.
The Research Associate or Research Assistant will assist in planning and managing all aspects of research projects. Additionally, the Research Associate or Associate will perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis, draft questionnaires, help compile reports, conduct venue research and post-trial interviews, and research various cases, as well as assist with various aspects of jury selection. The Research Associate or Assistant must have at least two years of experience in quantitative research methodologies and survey design. Experience working in the trial consulting industry – especially assisting with planning and managing research projects – is strongly preferred for the Research Associate position, while experience with SPSS, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for either the Research Associate or Assistant position. Some travel and occasional weekends are required.
A bachelor's degree (preferably in a social science discipline) and experience working in a fast-paced work environment is a minimum requirement. The candidate should have strong writing and speaking skills, knowledge of research methodology, and familiarity with statistical analysis and interpretation. Aptitude for critical thinking, multitasking, and problem solving are required.
